CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
- All references must be provided before the commission start, I can work from written references but visual aids are preferable. If no visual aid is provided I'll proceed as I please.
- All publications of the commission must have the artist signature visible.
- Client must be available and reply to e-mails within 24 hours (mon-fry) or notify if it's not possible. Otherwise it will affect the due date of the commission.

- The artwork is for personal use only. (For commercial rates contact me at [email protected]) Limited usage license is given to the client.
The artwork is made for you to enjoy, use as social media avatar or publish in your OC pages, print out and put in your room, etc.
- All rights and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist unless agreed otherwise. Rights, licences and ownership can be purchased at additional cost.
- The artist will retain the right to use the illustration for promotional purposes related to their own work. If you wish for exclusive use of your commissioned work a fee may be added to the total.
- The client cannot alter, modify, distribute or use it for commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to: selling the artwork in any way shape or form, using the artwork as a business logo, using the artwork to promote your business/book/website etc.DRAWING PROCESS
- Resolution for the end work will be 1080px or more. PNG file (with
transparency if requested). Icons are delivered in 500x500px. If you need your piece on a different resolution I must be informed before work starts.
- From three weeks for fully rendered pieces and two week for sketches and linearts (Time
for sketches to be sent back and forth and alterations done). This timetable may vary based on the complexity of the piece, an estimation will be made once the work is agreed upon.
- The client will receive one or two sketches based on the initial request and references provided (bigger modifications are to be requested on this phase), one update (if necessary) wherein the client may request up to two small modifications and the final piece.
- Changes and corrections after the final product is sent will have an extra cost to be defined based on the complexity of the change.Payment
- Payment via paypal invoice or wise transfer.
- Payment in USD (United States Dollars).
- I will not start working on the commission until payment is received.
- Payment plans can be arranged. However the the invoice must be paid in full before the final piece is delivered.
- Tips are very welcome!
- Rush fee is available, price is determined from case to case.The artist reserves the right to decline any commission they do not feel well
equipped to handle.All articles of this Terms of Service are applicable unless specifically outlined
